Cancellation/Refund Procedures

What is your return policy?

• The return period is 14 working days from the date of receipt.

When will the refund of the product I returned/cancelled be made?

• The returned product process is as follows: *If the product meets the return conditions, the return process is completed within 14 working days.

• The reflection time of the refunded amount to your card depends on your bank. If you paid by credit card, it is usually reflected in a few days. For debit cards, the time for the refund to be reflected in your account is longer.

• The company pays the cost of purchases made in instalments to the bank in one go. The bank returns this amount to your credit card in as many months as the number of instalments.

Can I return the product after the return period has expired?

• According to the Distance Selling Agreement, the period for returning a product purchased online or mobile is 14 working days.
